Moving through every aspect of yourself, in awareness
all inclusive life
At All Inclusive Life we bring the support of three independent practices to one place. Hatha Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Dynamic Meditation. While these are different in structure, their benefits enhance and complement each other.
Dynamic expression and mindful relaxation are two ways to access good health and wellness, we believe that human nature is multiphasic and requires more than one system for support, that every aspect of our lives can be balanced, consciously integrated and used for growth, for self acceptance and joy. We believe that when done in awareness, cathartic release and expression assist in our journey to inner peace.
Our values
our values
Inclusion – We believe in inclusion of all. All ages, body types, gender identities, cultural and religious backgrounds and income levels are embraced and welcome to be part of AIL community.
Respect – We cherish everyone’s uniqueness, therefore we encourage respect of your own natural cycles, styles of expression, and pace. We allow our progress to come organically. We respect our body’s needs. When we share space, we respect the space of others.
Playfulness – Modern life can be dead serious but at AIL we celebrate, we breathe, we honor our playfulness, we let go of the need to perform and we embrace the source of joy within us through dance, yoga postures, breathwork and more.
